Food Services

At Rockdale Regional Juvenile Justice Center all the residents are served a nutritionally complete diet.  Menu plans are reviewed and approved by a licensed dietician at least every 365 calendar days to ensure menu plans meet or exceed United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements.  


Our kitchen staff assures that food service operations are carried out in the most efficient manner while at the same time meeting all required TJPC standards regarding food service. All meals are prepared on site and our residents are provided three meals per day along with a light snack each evening.  All daily meals are prepared according to the approved dietary plan, with exceptions being medical or religious restrictions.
